 OUR HOME AND PHILOSOPHY

We’re a family-run kennel in the Northwoods of Minnesota, rooted in a lifelong love of dogs and the homes they become part of. Our work with Pembroke Welsh Corgis is guided by decades of hands-on experience and a belief that raising dogs well begins long before a puppy ever leaves our care.

 A FAMILY TRADITION

Our family spans four generations, with dogs woven into the rhythm of daily life. This close, family-centered environment allows our puppies to grow up surrounded by everyday sights, sounds, and interaction, helping shape confident, steady companions.

OUR SETTING

We’re located on 40 acres in the Northwoods of Akeley, MN where our dogs enjoy open space, fresh air, and time exploring trails and outdoors (weather permitting). It’s a peaceful setting that supports both their physical well-being and their curious, spirited nature.

EXPERIENCE AND GUIDANCE

Behind us is a four-generation family tradition, beginning with grandparents, carried forward by parents with over 32 years of experience breeding and working with Siberian Huskies and Dachshunds, and continued by children and grandchildren through daily, hands-on involvement alongside the dogs.

CARE AND SUPPORT

All of our dogs are raised with an emphasis on health, temperament, and thoughtful care. We value transparency, continued education, and being a long-term resource for the families who welcome our dogs into their homes. It is our privilege and honor that most pups go to repeat homes and referrals.

STAYING CONNECTED

Our days are spent walking, grooming, playing, and simply living alongside our dogs. We believe strong relationships are built through both good foundations and daily connection, and we strive to reflect that in every puppy we raise. We’re always happy to answer questions and share what we’ve learned along the way.
